1. Lasers / Chemical Peels / Medi-Facials

  • Do not use face wash or soap for 2 days. Wash with plain water only.
  • Use only moisturizer and sunscreen for 5 days. Reapply sunscreen every 3–4 hours during the day.
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure and make-up for 1–2 days.
  • You may restart active ingredients, prescription creams, or serums after 5 days, unless advised otherwise.

2. Threads

  • Apply the prescribed topical antibiotic cream on the treated area for 3–5 days.
  • Avoid massage, facials, scrubs, or facial steam on the treated area for at least 2 weeks.
  • Do not sleep on your face for 15 days. Sleep on your back.
  • Avoid make-up and strenuous physical activity for 5 days.
  • Continue using moisturizer and sunscreen.

3. Fillers

  • Do not touch the treated area or apply make-up for 6 hours.
  • Avoid strenuous activities such as gym or pilates for 5 days.
  • Do not expose the treated area to extreme heat or cold until redness or swelling settles.
  • Sleep with your head elevated for one night after facial fillers.
  • Do not massage the treated area unless specifically advised.
  • A touch-up session may be required after 2–4 weeks.

4. Botox

  • Do not rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours. Apply creams gently.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, bending forward, or wearing tight hats for 24 hours.
  • Do not lie down for 4–6 hours after the procedure.
  • Contract and relax the treated muscles for 2–3 hours after the injection, as advised.
  • A touch-up session may be required after 1–2 weeks.

5. Hair GFC / Exosomes

  • Do not wash your hair for 1–2 days after the procedure.
  • Wash your hair on the same day or one day before the procedure so the scalp is clean during treatment.

6. Face GFC

  • Avoid facial steam, swimming, and hot showers for 1–2 days after the procedure.
  • Use only moisturizer and sunscreen for 5 days.
  • You may restart other skincare products after 5 days, unless advised otherwise.
